GoodXperience was born from real-world experience. Jonathan López, founder and CEO, has over 20 years of experience in the tourism sector and more than 10 years collaborating with Destination Management Companies (DMCs) in markets such as South America, the United States, Canada, and Spain.

HOW TO COLLABORATE WITH GOODXPERIENCE

Step 1 – Let's schedule an in-person appointment at your hotel or a video call

The first step is getting to know each other. We'll schedule an initial meeting to present our service, answer any questions, and confirm if this partnership is a good fit for your hotel.

Step 2 – We define the collaboration format

Together, we'll agree on the days, times, and space within the hotel to meet with guests (a table, two chairs, and Wi-Fi). Our approach is discreet, elegant, and aligned with your hotel's image.

Step 3 – We meet with your guests at the hotel

During the agreed-upon hours, we directly meet with interested guests, advising them and helping them choose and book quality excursions and experiences in Cancun, Tulum, and the Riviera Maya.

Step 4 – You receive your monthly commissions

When guests book tours or excursions with GoodXperience, the hotel receives up to a 10% commission. Commissions are calculated clearly and transparently and are paid once a month, with no additional management required from the hotel.
